operational risk management Training

While our officers are informative, helpful and professional, we still train for some of the worst case scenarios that are out there.

The world in which we live in can rapidly change from peaceful to violent without warning; we, at Operational Risk Management, do everything in our power to ensure that our officers are extremely adaptable and prepared to handle situations that may arise.

  • Active Shooter Scenario
  • Medical Emergency
  • Emotionally Disabled Person
  • Terroristic Threats
  • Assault
  • Domestic Disputes
  • Lost Child
  • Suspicious Persons
  • Suspicious Packages

Some companies train their officers or guards to observe, run and report. Our officers are trained to help as many people as possible.

Other companies 'train' their officers and/or guards by means of 'training' videos, handouts and/or pamphlets. We not only find this method to be extremely inefficient and convoluted, but we also view it to be a disservice to the officer/guard, the client and the people that they are hired to protect.

We have eliminated as much 'classroom' time as possible, in favor of active, scenario based training. This style of training allows for rapid engagement, integration of deductive reasoning, formation of muscle memory and concurrent coaching to ensure that the training is being absorbed and that the officer is performing to the standards.
